Mother’s Day Wellness Ritual at Namo
This Saturday, we gather for a curated experience honoring the feminine force in all its forms.
Begin with moving yoga led by Andrea Minski, guiding the body into flow and openness with live beats by Rasham.Sound, creating rhythm for the rising of the goddess awakening Shakti through sound and movement.
We transition into a sensory pause with Admiri Tea, presenting their Goddess Tea through a tasting and conversation—an invitation to connect with ritual, herbs, and feminine wisdom.
The experience closes with gong immersion by Noelia Madiedo, sealing the journey in resonance.
