This evening sound ceremony is designed to integrate the intense, contrasting energies of the Capricorn Full Moon and the Cancer Sun. Guided by Markus, the experience focuses entirely on therapeutic sound to help process the tension between our professional ambitions and our emotional safety.
Through the deep, complex overtones of our planetary gongs, the practice assists in releasing physical stress, lowering hyper-vigilance, and restoring structural balance to an overstimulated nervous system.
Mats and studio props are provided. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle into the space before we begin.
