Terms and Conditions of NAMO Sanctuary Membership Program

Membership Duration

 

  1. NAMO Sanctuary membership has a minimum duration of 6 months from the start date.

  2. Members are committed to fulfilling the minimum membership period.

Membership Renewal

 

  1. Once the minimum 6-month period has elapsed, the membership will automatically renew for additional one-month periods, unless the member requests cancellation.

  2. To cancel the automatic renewal, the member must notify NAMO Sanctuary at least 30 days prior to the membership expiration date.

Membership Payment

​

  1. Membership payment is due at the time of enrollment and before the start date.

  2. Membership payments shall be made in the currency specified by NAMO Sanctuary and must be made within the established deadlines.

  3. In the event of payment delay, NAMO Sanctuary reserves the right to suspend the benefits and privileges associated with the membership.

Membership Cancellation

 

  1. In the event that a member wishes to cancel their membership before completing the minimum 6-month period, no refunds or returns will be provided.

  2. To request membership cancellation after the minimum 6-month period, the member must notify NAMO Sanctuary at least 30 days prior to the current membership expiration date.

Modifications and Changes

 

  1. NAMO Sanctuary reserves the right to make modifications or changes to the terms and conditions of the membership program, benefits, and prices at any time, with prior notice to members.

  2. Members will be notified in writing or electronically of any modifications or changes to the terms and conditions.

Privacy and Data Protection

 

  1. NAMO Sanctuary is committed to respecting privacy and protecting the personal data of its members in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  1. The data provided by members will be used solely for purposes related to the membership and will not be shared with third parties without the member’s consent.

By accepting the terms and conditions of the NAMO Sanctuary membership program, the member acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the points mentioned above.

NAMO Sanctuary Rules and Regulations

 

General Conduct:


a. All participants must adhere to respectful and courteous behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
b. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive language/actions will not be tolerated.
c. Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere throughout the sanctuary.

 

Payment Agreement:


a. Facilitators will receive $100 per class.
b. Event/workshop/course facilitators will receive a 60/40 split of profits: 60% to the facilitator and 40% to NAMO Sanctuary. If there are two facilitators, the spit will shift to 35/35/30, with each facilitator receiving 35% of profits and NAMO Sanctuary receiving 30%.

STUDIO Conduct:


a. All facilitators must have a STUDIO sign-in to review class attendance list.
b. It is the responsibility of the facilitator to monitor class sign-ups.

Promotion:
a. It is the responsibility of the facilitator to promote all classes/courses/events/workshops.

Attendance and Punctuality:
a. Arrive on time for scheduled classes, workshops, and events to avoid disrupting ongoing sessions. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
b. Notify the sanctuary in advance if unable to attend a reserved class or event.
c. Please be present in the studio even if no one has signed up for the class.

Health and Safety:


a. Prioritize personal well-being and inform instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation.
b. Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff.
c. Refrain from participating in activities beyond personal limitations to avoid injuries.
d. Report any accidents, injuries, or concerns to the sanctuary staff immediately.
e. Students must clean up mats after class/event/workshop.
f. NAMO Sanctuary will provide alcohol cleaning wipes to maintain cleanliness of space and NAMO property.

 

Studio Etiquette:


a. Respect the sacred space and keep it clean and tidy.
b. Refrain from using mobile phones or any disruptive electronic devices during classes, workshops, or sessions.
c. Maintain a quiet and focused environment during meditation, sound baths, and other contemplative practices.
d. Avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or scented products that may disturb others.

 

Advance Booking Requirement:

 

To ensure a smooth and organized schedule, we kindly request that all participants book their classes with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This advance booking policy allows us to prepare the necessary resources, allocate appropriate facilitators, and maintain an optimal class size for an enhanced experience. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this requirement, as it enables us to provide you with the best possible service and ensures a seamless and enjoyable session for everyone involved.

 

Personal Belongings:


a. Keep personal belongings secure and do not leave them unattended.
b. NAMO sanctuary is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Photography and Recording:
a. Obtain prior permission from NAMO sanctuary and individuals involved before capturing any photographs, videos, or audio recordings.
b. Respect the privacy and consent of others. Do not capture or share images without explicit permission.

 

Booking and Cancellation:


a. Follow NAMO sanctuary’s designated booking and cancellation procedures.
b. Honor your commitments and notify the sanctuary if unable to attend a reserved session.

 

Code of Ethics:


a. Uphold the principles of integrity, honesty, and respect in all interactions within the sanctuary.
b. Refrain from engaging in any illegal activities or substance abuse on the premises.

 

Feedback and Concerns:


a. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve NAMO sanctuary’s offerings and services.
b. Report any concerns or grievances to the designated staff members in a timely manner.

 

Amendments and Updates:


a. The sanctuary reserves the right to amend or update these rules and regulations as needed. Any changes will be communicated to participants.

By participating in activities at NAMO Sanctuary, all individuals acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in restrictions or termination of participation at the discretion of the sanctuary management.
