An Invitation to Listen Deeper

True mastery of the gong is about so much more than learning how to strike an instrument. It is a practice of self-development, presence, and learning how to hold a safe, uncompromised container for human transformation.

Over ten private, 3-hour sessions, you will work side-by-side with our founder, Noelia Madiedo to develop your unique relationship with sound. This mentorship weaves together fifteen years of study, movement, breath, and practical meditation to refine not just your technique, but your presence as a whole.
We will explore the subtle energy of space-holding, helping you cultivate the quiet confidence and deep integrity needed to share this medicine with the world.
Meet Your Guide
Noelia Madiedo | NAMO Sanctuary Founder
Noelia Madiedo's relationship with the gong began in 2010, with a single resonant encounter that quietly reorganized everything she understood about sound. What started as a moment of stillness became a lifelong study.

In 2016 she founded NAMO Sanctuary in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, first as a meeting place for art, consciousness, and community, and gradually as a school devoted to sound, meditation, breath, and somatic movement. Over more than fifteen years of daily practice and international teaching, across Europe, Asia, and South America, she has guided thousands of people through sound, and refined a method that treats it not as background relaxation but as a precise language for awareness and transformation. She calls it the architecture of silence.

What she teaches in this apprenticeship is the whole of that work, not just how to strike an instrument. Posture, listening, presence, the discipline of holding a safe container when a room grows heavy. She keeps this path one-on-one, and intentionally small, to protect the depth and integrity of what passes between teacher and apprentice. It is the closest you can come to studying alongside her own practice.
