About the event
Through conscious breathing, guided somatic movement, and sound, participants are invited to connect deeply with the body and its sensations. The practice begins with mindful breathing to cultivate presence, followed by gentle movement guided by the breath, allowing the body to lead the experience naturally. Sound is woven throughout as a subtle companion, supporting relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
This practice honors the body as a perceptive and creative instrument. Breath and movement unfold organically, inviting exploration, integration, and attunement. The sound session at the end amplifies awareness and creates a shared field of resonance, helping participants feel grounded, balanced, and energetically refreshed.
