About the event
Move & Sound is a guided practice where conscious movement and live sound come together to support regulation, presence, and embodied awareness.
Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and grounding sequences, the body is invited to open, release tension, and reconnect with its natural rhythm. Live sound gently accompanies the practice, supporting the nervous system and deepening the experience of listening from within.
This session is designed to cultivate fluidity, stability, and inner coherence, allowing movement to arise from sensation rather than effort. Sound acts as a subtle guide, helping the body soften, the mind quiet, and awareness settle into the present moment.
Move & Sound is open to all levels and invites participants to explore movement as a form of meditation, integration, and resonance.
