NAMO WELLNESS RITUAL

The Namo Wellness Ritual is a monthly sanctuary to return to the body, the breath, and the present moment. Held every third Saturday of the month, this ritual weaves together intentional yoga, immersive sound healing, and mindful ritual to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner balance.

This is about remembering why we practice: to come home to ourselves, to listen deeply, and to create space for integration in a fast-moving world.

Through gentle, grounding movement and vibrational sound, we invite the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open. Each ritual is an opportunity to reset, restore, and realign — individually and collectively.
