We gather in the stillness of the night for an all-night Gong Puja, a deep immersive journey of sound, rest, and remembrance.
For seven continuous hours, the gongs are played gently through the night, carrying us into states of deep relaxation, subtle awareness, and profound inner recalibration. The rune Gebo emerged as the guiding frequency for this Puja.
Gebo is the rune of sacred exchange, balance, reciprocity, and divine gift.
During this night, we offer ourselves fully to the sound, and in return, the sound offers healing, clarity, and renewal. What is given is returned. What is released is replaced with harmony.
Participants sleep or meditate while bathed in the vibrations of the gongs, allowing the nervous system to soften, the mind to float, and the body to enter deep repair. This is rest beyond sleep, a dreamlike state where healing unfolds naturally.
