About the event
This retreat opens on Thursday, April 16 with an introduction to Sacred Sound, a 2-hour gong experience from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, setting the tone for the days ahead.
On Friday and Saturday mornings, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, we enter into a Sacred Sound training that combines theory with hands-on gong practice, sharing the core of what we teach and embody at NAMO.
Each day continues with curated lunches at beautiful restaurants, followed by visits to museums, art spaces, and interior design galleries, creating a journey where sound meets culture, beauty, and inspiration. Evenings are left open for dinners, connection, and exploring the city together.
On Saturday, April 18, we gather for a powerful Overnight Gong Puja, held from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, a deep sonic immersion through the night.
