Join us for a seasonal morning practice that blends grounding yoga, restorative sound and a heartfelt Xmas card ritual.This session is designed to help you close the year with presence, gratitude and connection, while softening the nervous system through movement and vibration.
Guided by Shayne and Noelia, this experience combines gentle yoga, breath awareness and a resonant sound journey that supports emotional clarity and inner calm.
You will also receive a festive card to write an intention, a blessing or a message you wish to carry into the holidays.
