Service Description
A mindful, grounding flow designed to increase somatic awareness and build strength through stillness. Rooted in traditional asana, this class holds postures for five full breaths, allowing your nervous system to regulate and your body to explore its full expression in each shape. Ideal for those looking to deepen their relationship with their body and refine alignment with intention. Markus has been practicing yoga for over a decade. His approach is deeply informed by a rich tapestry of modalities, including somatic practices, energy shamanism, tantra, functional nutrition, and integrative medicine. As a board certified family nurse practitioner, he brings a grounded clinical understanding of the body, while his background in somatics and the subtle body offers a deeply intuitive and embodied teaching style. Markus creates a space where movement becomes medicine. All of these support the goal of nervous system regulation, emotional release, and the return to one’s authentic self.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered as a completed session and cannot be rescheduled. Exceptions: In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we will assess the situation individually. We may ask for brief documentation or an explanation to offer a fair alternative. Rescheduling: If you cancel within the required notice period (at least 24 hours in advance), you may reschedule your session at no extra cost within the following 15 days, subject to availability. In exceptional, justified cases, rescheduling may also be considered outside of the standard window. Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
