Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered as a completed session and cannot be rescheduled. Exceptions: In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we will assess the situation individually. We may ask for brief documentation or an explanation to offer a fair alternative. Rescheduling: If you cancel within the required notice period (at least 24 hours in advance), you may reschedule your session at no extra cost within the following 15 days, subject to availability. In exceptional, justified cases, rescheduling may also be considered outside of the standard window. Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
