Through guided, intuitive movement, participants are invited to listen to the body as a living landscape, allowing sensation, breath, and rhythm to lead the experience. Sound is woven throughout the session as a subtle companion, supporting depth, presence, and integration.
This practice honors the body as a creative and perceptive instrument. Movement unfolds organically, without choreography, inviting expression, release, and attunement. Sound amplifies awareness, creating a shared field of resonance where body, breath, and listening align.
